Baseball Regina is taking the next step in player development by offering a recruitment service to assist its membership in achieving their goal of playing college baseball.
As part of player development, Baseball Regina currently offers teams free skill sessions with its technical coaches Geoff MacDonald and Justin Eiswirth.
Now to compliment our program, assistance in finding a college that fits your player athletically, academically, and economically will be offered. Baseball Regina has dozens of graduates who have played college baseball and some who have been signed by Major League Baseball.
If interested contact Leo MacDonald at 949-7433. Leo has connected over 20 players with California and Arizona D1 Baseball programs and has connections in other states.

Bantam WhiteSox win Silver….Peewees reach final four

The Bantam WhiteSox captured Silver at the Provincial Championships held at Columbus Park.

The WhiteSox couldn’t hang onto a 7th inning lead against the Saskatoon Braves. The WhiteSox will represent at the Western Canadian Championships held in Edmonton.In the Bronze medal game the  Pacers fell in a hard fought contest against the Saskatoon BlueJays.

At the Peewee AAA Championships both the WhiteSox and Buffalos reached the final four only to bow out.

The Buffalos lost an exciting extra inning game to Sask 5 Giants while the WhiteSox fell to Swift Current.

The Pacer Pirates had a great showing only to lose 2 heartbreaking games by 1 run.

Bantam Gold and Silver at Summer Games

Baseball Regina’s league flex its muscle at the Saskatchewan Summer Games as Team South East ( Weyburn/Estevan) captured Gold with a 9-8 win over Team Regina.  The Summer Games hosted this year’s Bantam Selects program that pits 8 zones covering Saskatchewan in a selects tournament. From this event a Team Saskatchewan top 25 Prospects are identified and invited to Phoniex Arizona for workouts and further identification. This is the first step in identifiying players for the U18 Canada Cup.
